Job summary

Cssmerge is hiring a Data Analyst to build and maintain reports and dashboards in Bogotá. You will model data, report KPIs, and automate workflows across the customer lifecycle using code and AI tools.

The ideal candidate has around 2 years of data analytics experience, strong SQL and Python skills, and a high degree of autonomy to drive projects from definition to execution, with excellent English communication for stakeholder management.

What you’ll do

Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations to track key performance metrics using SQL, Python & Looker Studio. Integrate deeply into business operations across the customer lifecycle to model data, report KPIs, and automate operational workflows using code and AI tools. Perform deep dive analysis of operating metrics providing business insights to leadership by understanding the situation, developing a hypothesis, analyzing data, and reporting back findings/solutions. Effectively communicate analysis results to business leaders for decision-making and prioritization Operate with high autonomy to decompose complex business problems into actionable tasks and strategic recommendations for leadership.

What we’re looking for

Academic background in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or Economics with coursework in statistics. Around 2 years of relevant experience in data analytics or technical strategy roles. Strong technical proficiency in SQL and Python, with a deep understanding of data modeling. High degree of autonomy and self-management to own project scopes from definition through execution. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with advanced English fluency.
