Resolv Global is hiring Customer Service Representatives for an on-site role in Barranquilla. You will support international customers with strong English communication, handling inquiries and resolving issues in a fast-paced environment.

This position is an Independent Contractor engagement with paid training and full-time hours on-site. Excellent service delivery and adherence to process are essential components of the role.

We are hiring Customer Service Representatives in Barranquilla to support international customer service operations.

This on-site opportunity is ideal for customer-focused professionals with strong English communication skills, a problem-solving mindset, and the ability to deliver excellent service in a fast-paced BPO or customer support environment.

We are looking for reliable, motivated individuals who can communicate professionally, handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and adapt to structured processes while maintaining high service standards.

Compensation & Engagement

• USD $5.57 per hour
• Paid weekly in arrears
• Independent Contractor engagement
• Full-time, on-site opportunity in Barranquilla
• Paid training
