Tetra Pak in Bogotá is seeking an intern to join the Internship Program, gaining real-world experience in customer service and data analysis. You will work under a mentor, receive onboarding, and contribute to reports, planning, and process improvements.

The role requires study in Business Administration, Economy or Engineering, English advanced, MS Office and Power BI, and availability January 2027 to June 2027; 8am-5pm, Monday to Friday, on-site.

Formación

• Bachelor studies in progress in Business Administration, Economy or Engineering.
• Desirable: MS Office proficiency (Excel, PowerPoint) and Power BI interest.
• Advanced English with fluent writing and speaking.

Responsabilidades

• Support Customer Service by generating reports and monitoring performance indicators.
• Assist with planning, communication follow-up, service events and onboarding processes.
• Process low-complexity quotations and respond to customer inquiries to aid sales.
• Perform data quality reviews and help ensure data accuracy and integrity.
• Analyze data, prepare reports and contribute to continual improvement initiatives.
