Hach, part of Veralto, is seeking an Analyst II, Service to support core service systems, reporting, and process improvement across a dynamic service environment in Bogotá. The role blends systems thinking, service operations support, and project coordination to improve how work gets done.

You’ll provide case management for active service systems, support data refresh activities, lead or assist software implementations, and produce reports on quality and performance.

Formación

• BS/BA in Business, Computer Science, MIS or equivalent experience; willingness to pursue coursework.
• At least 3 years of experience in a service or customer service systems support environment.
• Salesforce.com Administrator certification or equivalent hands‑on experience.
• Experience with business software and process flows.
• Fluency in English and Portuguese, plus some Spanish.

Responsabilidades

• Provide case management support for active service systems.
• Deliver administrative support for data refresh activities in required systems.
• Lead or support service-related software implementation and enhancement projects.
• Produce reports for product quality, departmental performance, and day-to-day service operations.
• Help develop, implement, and improve service software systems and processes.
• Partner across teams to support operational effectiveness and continuous improvement.
