ATIAN in Bogotá is seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Agent (English B2+) to support major brands in the hospitality and travel industries. You will handle inbound calls, provide professional assistance, and guide customers through bookings and reservations.

This permanent, on-site role offers a salary of COP 3,000,000 plus benefits, with 2 days off per week and growth opportunities in a dynamic, multicultural team.

Qualifications

• English level B2 or higher (spoken and written).

• Experience in customer service, travel, tourism, or BPO preferred.
• Availability to work onsite in Bogotá.
