IntouchCX is hiring for an on-site customer service campaign in Bogotá. We seek bilingual agents (English B2+ or higher) to deliver exceptional service. The role offers a permanent contract, fully paid training, and on-site work with company equipment; two days off per week and full training are included to ensure success.

Candidates should be based in Bogotá with prior BPO or customer service experience. The hiring process is virtual, but the job itself is on-site with all necessary equipment

Formación

• Bilingual English required (B2+).
• Experience in BPO or customer service roles preferred.
• Based in Bogotá, Colombia.
