SLB is seeking an attorney to handle routine general legal tasks under the supervision of the Customer Contracts Team Lead in the assigned Legal Support Center (LSC). Draft, review and negotiate customer contracts in Spanish and English, advise on contract risks and regulatory compliance, and collaborate with internal departments to align business objectives with contractual commitments.

• Bachelor’s degree in law with at least 3 years of experience handling customer contracts.
• Fluent in Spanish and English (written and spoken, C1+).
• Strong knowledge of commercial and contract law and regulatory requirements.

What Will You Do

The Attorney handles routine general legal tasks under the supervision of the Customer Contracts Team Lead in the assigned Legal Support Center (LSC).

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, Review and negotiate customer contracts and related legal documents in spanish and english.
• Advise Business units on contract risks, regulatory compliance, key commercial and best pratices in both domestic and international markets.
• Collaborate with internal departments to allign business objectives with contractual commitments and minimize legal risks.
• Support contracts lifecycle management and facilitate the enforcement of contract obligations as needed.
• Stay up to date with relevamt laws and regulations for Americas ( North, Central and South America) Jurisdiction - Countries.
• Assist in the continous improvements of contract management processes, pratices and templates.
• Documents lessons learned for sharing within the organization.

Bachelor degree at law. Experience: 3 years experience with customer contracts.

Professional fluency in Spanish and English: written and verbal. C1+

Strong knowledge of commercial law, contract law, and regulatory regulations.

Excellent analytical and problem solving skills, with attention to detail, team player skills and a pragmatic business approach.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with proven ability to collaborate across geographies and cultures.
