Kraken is seeking an anti-financial crime specialist with a crypto background to join our team. You will conduct financial investigations and write SARs/STRs, monitor volume fluctuations, and ensure ongoing operational compliance across platforms.

You will use advanced data tools and spreadsheets, handling multiple priorities and ad hoc projects while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Formación

• 2+ years of anti-financial crime experience with a crypto background.
• Understanding of compliance operational functions and processes.
• Proven ability to identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with financial crimes.
• Familiarity with Google Suite applications, with emphasis on Google Sheets and Google Docs or similar programs.
• Familiarity and comfort utilizing AI and technology for automation.
• Familiarity with tools: Chainalysis, Elliptic, TRM used in FIU.
• Good attention to detail and organizational skills.
