Job summary

COLUMBIA Shipmanagement Ltd. is seeking an Assistant Crewing Superintendent in Colombia. The role involves managing crew changes in line with employment agreements and ensuring all Seafarers meet Company, STCW, and flag state requirements.

You will assist in crew planning, recruitment activities, and coordination with the Crewing department to ensure smooth operations and continual improvement of procedures.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Conduct crew changes in compliance with Seafarers' Employment Agreement and with Crewing Superintendent approval.
• Verify Seafarers are trained and qualified per Company, STCW and Flag State requirements.
• Inform Crew Wages Department about changes in employment status (signing on/off).
• Participate in Crew Planning, promotion and career development.
