Plata Card in Colombia is seeking a Risk Analyst to help build credit risk processes from the ground up as we launch a new country. You will join the Risk team at the earliest stage, shaping origination, limits, and risk controls with visibility into portfolio performance.

You will design policy, track risk metrics, maintain dashboards, and collaborate with product, collections, finance, and compliance teams to embed risk controls.

Formación

• 3+ years in credit risk or data-driven areas within retail or consumer lending.
• Experience with credit cards is a strong plus.
• Proficient in SQL and Python with hands-on data work.
• Comfortable creating dashboards and presenting insights clearly.
• Strong quantitative background with a strategic mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Design credit origination and limit management policy, pricing guardrails, and early-warning triggers.
• Contribute to risk metrics tracking to monitor portfolio performance within risk appetite.
• Maintain live dashboards and explain drivers behind metric changes.
• Collaborate with product, collections, finance and 2nd line of defence teams to embed risk controls.
