The ideal candidate has experience in copywriting, creative strategy or scriptwriting, and familiarity with video production concepts. This is a 100% remote role open to candidates based in Colombia.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in copywriting, creative strategy or scriptwriting.
• Strong understanding of video production, storytelling, pacing, and visual execution.
• Ability to review video cuts and give actionable feedback.
• Experience collaborating with video editors, producers, or creative teams.

Job Description

We’re looking for a Video Copywriter & Creative Strategist who can develop compelling video concepts and scripts while providing actionable editorial feedback. The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking, strong storytelling, and a sharp editorial eye to ensure every video stays aligned with its creative vision and objectives from concept to final edit.

Qualifications

• C1 English proficiency (minimum) to develop content for U.S. audiences and communicate creative direction and editorial feedback clearly.
• Proven experience in copywriting, creative strategy or scriptwriting.
• Strong understanding of video production and post-production, including storytelling, pacing, narrative structure, and visual execution.
• Ability to review video cuts and provide clear, actionable editorial feedback that improves the final product.
• Experience working with video editors, producers, or creative teams to bring concepts to life.
• Excellent attention to detail, creative judgment, and a strategic mindset.
• Strong organizational, project management, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively, incorporate feedback, and adapt creative direction when needed.
• Familiarity with video editing and collaboration tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Frame.io, or similar platforms is a plus.
• Ability to identify new creative approaches, technologies, and industry best practices to improve content quality and workflow efficiency.
