Gallagher is seeking a Creative Project Manager in our Art Department to ensure marketing materials are delivered on time and to high standards. You will manage workflows, coordinate with an agile creative team, and maintain clear schedules and briefs.

You will work closely with Art Account Managers and resource managers, applying standard turnaround times and ensuring availability of assets. A proactive, organized mindset is essential for success in a fast-paced environment.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of project management experience in marketing or agency settings with creative teams.
• Proficient with Workfront or similar project management tools.
• Fluent in English for clear communication with team members and stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Manage full lifecycle of creative projects from setup in Workfront to delivery.
• Schedule resources, coordinate with Art Account Managers and resource managers.
• Ensure deadlines, briefs, files, and clear deadlines are maintained.
• Support proofreading, archiving, and proactive issue escalation when needed.
