Job summary

Xploy Solutions is seeking a creative Graphic Designer to produce everyday marketing materials for a busy design team in Colombia. You will turn ideas into clean, polished visuals for social media and print, and you will be comfortable with traditional design work.

Responsibilities include designing social media posts, flyers, and other print pieces, while maintaining brand consistency and delivering print-ready files.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a graphic designer, with a portfolio showing social media graphics and print work.
• Strong working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign, or similar tools such as Canva.
• Good eye for typography, layout, color and composition.
• Organization: able to manage several projects at once and meet deadlines.
• Communication: clear written and verbal English, and open to feedback.

Responsibilities

• Social Media Posts: Design eye-catching posts and graphics for social media channels that fit the brand's look and voice.
• Flyers & Print Materials: Create flyers, invitations, brochures and other traditional print pieces, with print-ready files.
• Traditional Design Work: Handle classic layout, typography and illustration tasks for traditional print materials.
• Revisions: Take feedback from the team and turn edits around quickly and accurately.
• Consistency: Keep colors, fonts and style consistent across every piece you deliver.
