Advantagy is seeking a skilled Graphic Designer to join its creative team in Colombia. You will craft engaging flyers, banners, and social media visuals, collaborating with marketing to ensure consistent branding across channels.

Candidates should have a strong portfolio, near-native English, and experience with US-based clients. Knowledge of web design tools and a proactive, deadline-conscious mindset will help you thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Proficient, near-native English (written and spoken).
• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, ideally in a marketing agency.
• Strong portfolio showing flyers, posters, and social media designs.
• Experience designing for US-based clients; home services experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or equivalent.
• Solid understanding of design principles, layout, and typography.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Open to feedback and collaborate with remote teams.
• Availability to overlap with PST working hours.

Responsabilidades

• Design engaging flyers, posters, social media graphics and other digital materials.
• Collaborate with marketing and content teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging.
• Adapt designs across multiple platforms while maintaining visual consistency.
• Contribute to web design projects; experience in this area is a plus but not required.
• Bring creative ideas to life for clients in various industries, including home services.
