Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in Financial Services or related industry.
• Proven customer service and communication skills, with ability to prioritize.
• Strong English communication (written & verbal) and organizational skills.
• Working knowledge of lending products, services, and procedures.
• Proven customer service skills, as well as flexibility to adapt to changing environments.
• Thorough knowledge of the Bank’s transactional services.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Manage and support loan and LC lifecycle activities, including document review, initial funding, drawdowns, and maturities.
• Oversee a portfolio of medium to complex corporate loans and letters of credit with accurate data management and reconciliations.
• Process instructions from agents on participations and direct deals, verifying limits and calculations.
• Coordinate internal funding requirements to support daily servicing and manage exceptions.
• Execute and reconcile loan payments, resolve past dues, and manage all exception items per SLA.
• Classify and archive emails in Outlook promptly.
• Monitor case creation in Arteria for correct classification and reconcile reporting.
• Support daily operational reports using Excel and Power BI.
• Develop metrics tools, templates, and training materials.
• Assist in implementing change management for new systems.
• Investigate daily cash reconciliation exceptions and propose matches or further investigation.
• Contribute to quality control program and audits.
• Prepare oversight and management reports complying with standards.
• Review processes for optimization opportunities.
• Update SOPs reflecting modern practices and foster high-performance team.
• Support client relationships and leverage bank relationships.
• Keep up-to-date knowledge of products; complete internal training.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve issues and reduce costs.
• Respond to inquiries from Banking partners and resolve issues.
• Understand risk appetite and conduct risk in day-to-day activities.
• Ensure day-to-day controls meet regulatory and AML/ATF requirements.
