The Recap Group Inc. is seeking an experienced Sound Mixer & Mastering Engineer for on-site, contract work in Bogotá. You will fix and balance premixed audio, replace music beds, and ensure dialogue, SFX, and overall mix meet broadcast standards.

Responsibilities include precise synchronization with video, mastering to specs, and collaborating with editors to maintain the creative intent. English fluency required; portfolio or reel essential.

Formación

• Proven experience mixing/repairing audio for video/TV/streaming.
• Portfolio or reel showing before/after examples.
• Proficiency with DAWs and plugins.
• Ability to match reference track tonality.
• Fluency in English (C1-C2).

Responsabilidades

• Work with premixed audio tracks to fix and balance.
• Repair and balance dialogue, music and SFX as needed.
• Mix replacement background music to match original tone.
• Master final audio to meet broadcast specs.
• Sync audio precisely with picture cuts and cues.
