NielsenIQ is seeking a Contract Analyst to join the Contract Management team, focusing on North America clients with potential future expansion. The role collaborates with Sales, Finance, Pricing, and Legal to draft, modify, and finalize sell-side licensing agreements, contributing to revenue recognition and high-visibility projects.

The candidate should have 1–3 years in business-related fields, strong communication skills, and proficiency in MS Office; CLM/CRM experience is a plus.

Formación

• BA/BS in Business, Accounting, Communication or related field (1–3 years preferred).
• 1–3 years related experience in procurement or sales support is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and deliver tasks end-to-end.
• Collaborative, flexible, and willing to learn.

Responsabilidades

• Draft, review, and release contracts and amendments following company guidelines.
• Draft accurate, concise, and consistent contract terms.
• Draft non-standard provisions as needed.
• Review diverse agreements and facilitate redline process.
• Address complex contract issues with logical approaches.
• Ensure contracts reflect authorized specifications and terms.
• Document and archive supporting materials; own final documents.
• Support Sales during contract strategy and negotiation process.
• Prioritize workload and collaborate cross-functionally across teams.
