Job summary

NielsenIQ's Sales team focuses on growing revenue, identifying new business opportunities, and penetrating markets. You will drive sales, renewals, and a sustainable pipeline while maintaining strong customer relationships for existing accounts.

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years of experience in sales or account management.
• Strong sales skills and proven revenue generation.
• Solid understanding of the data analytics industry and related solutions.
• Capability to analyze market trends and adapt to customer needs.
• Ability to expand accounts across markets with localization.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and renewals for existing accounts and secure a healthy pipeline.
• Develop an interconnected understanding of customer's industry and markets.
• Partner with Customer Success to develop and execute Account Plans.
• Collect and act on Voice of Customer feedback.
• Expand customer network to identify new budget holders.
• Escalate product needs and trends to relevant teams.
