NielsenIQ (NIQ) is seeking a Contract Analyst to join the Contract Management team. This role supports our North America business and collaborates with Sales, Finance, Legal, and IT to finalize sell-side licensing agreements.

The ideal candidate will have 1–3 years in business-related fields, strong English, and solid MS Office/CRM experience. Flexible work environment and volunteer time off are offered.

Formación

• 1-3 years’ BA or BS in Business, Accounting, Communication or related field experience preferred.
• 1-3 years related experience in procurement or sales support is a plus.
• Superior written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to multi-task and meet tight deadlines.
• Independent and collaborative problem solving.
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• CLM/CRM experience (SalesForce, Microsoft Dynamics) is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Draft, review, and release contracts and amendments that follow company guidelines.
• Draft accurate, concise and consistent contract terms.
• Draft non-standard provisions as needed.
• Review miscellaneous agreements and facilitate redline processes.
• Collaborate with Sales, Legal, Audit, IT, Billing, Finance, Security.
• Enter mandatory data to contract databases and trackers.
• Support the Sales team during contract strategy and negotiation.
• Prioritize workload and backfill as needed.
• Identify process improvement opportunities.
