Job summary

SUNSHINE ENTERPRISE USA LLC is seeking an experienced Network Engineer specialized in SCCM/MECM, Intune/MDM, and Windows Server environments. The role focuses on enterprise infrastructure, automation of tasks, system stability, and security/compliance alignment.

The ideal candidate has 6+ years of relevant experience, resides in the state of South Carolina, and is prepared for a hybrid work setup (3 days in office, 2 days remote) under contract terms. Previous state-agency exposure is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years of experience with SCCM/MECM and Intune/MDM.
• 3+ years of experience with GCC High Tenant (gov/regulated env).
• 5+ years of experience in Change Management and IT governance.
• 5+ years of experience with LAN/VLAN networking and VMware virtualization.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware/software/network issues.
• Monitor systems and recommend improvements.
• Install, configure, and maintain servers and applications.
• Perform upgrades, patching, and system optimization.
• Support disaster recovery and failover processes.
• Automate tasks using PowerShell scripting.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement solutions.
• Mentor junior team members and support project delivery.

Project Scope:

We are seeking an experienced NetworkEngineer with strong expertise in Microsoft SCCM/MECM, Intune/MDM, andWindows Server environments. The role involves managing enterpriseinfrastructure, automating administrative tasks, ensuring system stability, andsupporting network security and disaster recovery initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Non-Technical:

• Communicate effectively with technicalteams and leadership
  
• Provide feedback on product improvementsand system enhancements
  
• Manage multiple tasks and provide regularstatus updates
  
• Collaborate with teams to resolve issuesand improve processes
  
• Maintain accurate documentation andupdate ticketing systems

• 3+ years ofexperience with Active Directory (RBAC & user access)
• 5+ years ofexperience with LAN / VLAN networking
• 5+ years ofexperience with VMware virtualization
• Strongexperience in PowerShell scripting & automation
• Experience working directly for aState Agency
