Job summary

Hyland is seeking a Platform Infrastructure Engineer (Client Services) to design, manage, and support IT systems across a hybrid-cloud environment, focusing on Windows and macOS devices. You will participate in sprint-based work, deploy and secure endpoint solutions, and help drive improvements across the enterprise IT stack.

Ideal candidates have hands-on experience with Intune, Jamf Pro, SCCM, and Defender for Endpoint, plus scripting skills and a customer-service orientation.

Qualifications

• Five+ years as a Systems Administrator or similar role in Windows environments.
• Hands-on with Intune, Jamf Pro or similar endpoint management platforms.
• Experience with SCCM and Defender for Endpoint at enterprise scale.
• Strong scripting and deployment packaging abilities; cloud familiarity.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, manage and support IT systems in a hybrid-cloud architecture.
• Engineer and protect Windows and macOS devices for a secure endpoint environment.
• Plan and execute projects within a weekly sprint framework.
• Ensure compliance and assist with certification audits and policies.
• Troubleshoot, perform root-cause analyses, and implement improvements.
