TransUnion seeks a Consultant, Project Management in Bogotá to support the CRO and senior leadership with strategic planning and execution aligned to Colombia market dynamics. You will drive planning work, create executive materials, and manage cross-team initiatives in a hybrid setup with two days onsite.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or related discipline.
  • 3 to 4 years of general business experience with strategy development experience.
  • Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and business judgment.
  • Excellent project management, detail-orientation, prioritization, and ability to deliver across multiple workstreams.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for engaging stakeholders across levels.

Responsabilidades

  • Support the CRO and senior leadership in developing and implementing strategies aligned with corporate goals.
  • Drive pre-work and post-work for strategic planning sessions for regional and international objectives.
  • Act as a liaison across teams to ensure alignment, knowledge sharing, and best practices.
  • Oversee high-complexity projects across Run and Grow agendas with disciplined project management.
  • Develop executive-ready materials, dashboards, and performance indicators for decision-making.
  • Track execution, ensure timely delivery, and maintain risk and decision logs.
  • Support governance routines such as SteerCos and weekly business reviews; coordinate dependencies.

This team helps connect local market dynamics with regional and international objectives, ensuring initiatives are coordinated, visible, and executed with discipline.
