Mpower Sourcing is seeking aConstruction Accounting Specialist in Colombia to manage high‑level accounting, construction drawings, and property management support. You will coordinate project costs, maintain Xero records, and assist with closings, due diligence, and reports for US‑based teams.

Formación

• 3+ years of US bookkeeping or construction accounting experience.
• Experience with US-based construction/real estate operations.
• Hands-on with construction draws and property closings preferred.
• Strong Xero and Excel skills; Ramp, Trello, Teams welcomed.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsabilidades

• Calculate and coordinate construction draws and project costs.
• Maintain financial records in Xero and perform reconciliations.
• Process bills, credit card transactions, and documentation.
• Maintain financial schedules and internal models.
• Support property-level financial reporting and closings.
• Organize vendor quotes, bids, W-9s, and project docs.
• Track action items and provide status updates.
• Maintain project schedules and Gantt charts.
• Assist with property closings and due diligence.
• Manage LLC records and real estate tax requirements.
