ECOSI, based in Floridablanca, Colombia, seeks a Structural Engineer with a focus on wood, steel, and concrete to gain international experience. Recent Civil Engineers (≤5 years) or near graduation are welcome, with strong learning capacity.

You will design residential structures for US clients, draft structural plans, and develop details. The role offers a 50/50 hybrid work model and a collaborative team culture with competitive compensation.

Formación

• English level B1+ or higher is required.
• Interest in structural engineering and a proactive learning mindset.
• AutoCAD knowledge (8/10) is expected.
• Knowledge of structural design software such as ETABS, STAAD, SAP200.
• Knowledge of steel connection software such as RAM Connection, IDEA Statica.
• Proven professional experience in Revit Structural.
• Proven work experience, internship, or teaching assistant in structural engineering.
• Academic distinctions such as Cum Laude

Requirements

Required experience

• Civil Engineer with no more than 5 years of experience or about to graduate (should not be taking classes or working on a thesis).

Must Qualifications

• English level B1+ or superior.
• Interest in structural engineering.
