Antenna is a remote-first company seeking a Data Scientist with expert Python skills to design, prototype, and ship models behind our newest offerings: generative models on mixed data sources, predictions of subscriber behavior, and LLM-powered pipelines with evals to prove they work.

You'll work closely with data scientists and engineers to take ideas from first experiment to production at market scale, collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders and reporting to the Director, Data

Formación

• 2+ years in ML modeling and data products with Python, from prototype to production.
• Strong Python, OO design, and production-grade code.
• Solid ML concepts and evaluation methods.
• Strong SQL skills with large datasets.
• Experience using Git and cloud environments (GCP) with BigQuery.
• Excellent problem-solving and debugging of distributed systems.
• Advanced English (B2-C1) with communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Build models and data products from prototype to production.
• Develop pipelines for subscriber analytics and outcomes.
• Improve code speed and scalability for large datasets.
