• Willingness to travel ~50% of the time, mainly to markets outside Colombia.
• Experience implementing Marketing and Trade Marketing strategies, managing regional projects, conducting market/competitor analysis, and ROI monitoring.

Execute the Trade Marketing strategy for the assigned countries, ensuring the achievement of sales, market share, and profitability objectives. You will be responsible for coordinating regional initiatives, optimizing promotional investments, and supporting in-market execution alongside local teams.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.

4–6 years of experience in Trade Marketing roles within the pharmaceutical industry (mandatory requirement).

Experience in:

• Implementing Marketing and Trade Marketing strategies within the pharmaceutical industry.
• Managing regional projects.
• Market and competitive analysis.
• Managing promotional investments and monitoring ROI.

Availability to travel approximately 50% of the time, mainly to markets outside Colombia.
