JITECH Inc. in Medellín, Colombia, seeks an HR Manager to oversee HR activities for its Colombian operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee records, payroll, benefits, leave, and policy compliance.

The role partners with the Director of Finance and internal stakeholders to maintain effective HR processes and compliance. The ideal candidate will coordinate recruitment workflows, manage onboarding, supervise performance administration, and protect employee relations while ensuring

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or related field preferred.
• Experience in HR administration or management with recruitment, onboarding, payroll, benefits, and leave responsibilities.
• Experience supporting employees and HR processes in Colombia.
• Knowledge of Colombian HR compliance requirements and employment law.
• Experience maintaining employment documentation and HR records.
• Experience coordinating with external agencies for HR services.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook), Teams and Planner.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate recruitment activities based on approved workforce needs.
• Manage candidate sourcing, screening, interviews, and documentation.
• Prepare offers, contracts, and related employment documents.
• Oversee onboarding and orientation for new employees in Colombia.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
• Track probation periods and coordinate reviews; administer performance processes.
• Coordinate payroll information and employee benefits in Colombia.
• Ensure HR policies and procedures are followed and compliance maintained.
• Serve as primary HR contact for Colombian employees and address inquiries.
• Escalate significant HR matters to the Director of Finance as needed.
• Coordinate with external agencies for payroll, benefits, and HR matters.
