DXC Technology in Colombia seeks a Country Manager to lead growth, profitability, and market expansion across Colombia, reporting to regional leadership and collaborating with sales, delivery, and operations.

You will build executive relationships with C‑level clients, shape country strategy, oversee P&L, and drive cross‑functional teams to deliver sustainable growth in a highly dynamic IT services environment.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, IT, or related field.
• 12+ years of progressive leadership experience in sales, account management, business development, or general management within global tech, IT services, or consulting.
• Proven track record of leading large commercial teams, delivering revenue growth and market expansion.

Responsabilidades

• Own and drive Colombia’s business performance, including revenue, profitability, budgeting, and operations.
• Develop and execute the country growth strategy and expand presence across key industries and accounts.
• Build trusted C-Level relationships and act as a strategic advisor for transformational initiatives.
• Lead sales, drive new business development, and expand strategic accounts across the portfolio.
• Develop account strategies focused on long-term customer value and profitability.
• Collaborate with delivery, operations, finance, HR, and regional leadership to ensure exceptional customer outcomes.
