CI&T is seeking a Scrum Master based in Colombia to lead agile delivery for a large-scale transformation project with a Mexico-based client and across the Americas. You will collaborate with CI&T's internal leadership in an AI-first environment and ensure timely delivery while aligning with business and technical stakeholders.

The role requires fluency in Spanish and English, strong Scrum/Kanban experience, and a proactive approach to adopting AI in everyday workflows.

Formación

• Proven Scrum Master with independent work style.
• Experience in Scrum and Kanban in multi-workstream setups.
• Experience managing roadmaps and delivery plans.
• Ability to engage with business and technical audiences.
• Spanish language for Mexico client; English fluent for internal collaboration.
• Interested in AI adoption and using AI tools in workflows.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and structure Sprints and daily standups.
• Manage roadmap progress across multiple delivery threads.
• Report progress to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Bridge business, technical, and process perspectives.
• Adapt to a fluid environment with prioritization shifts.
• Support team development and continuous improvement.
• Leverage AI tools for transcripts, summaries, root cause analysis, and workflow automation.
