CI&T is seeking a Scrum Master in Colombia to join a high-performance digital delivery team working with a global consumer goods company on a large-scale technology transformation program.

You will lead agile ceremonies, manage roadmaps across multiple delivery streams, liaise with stakeholders in Mexico and the Americas, and apply AI tools to transcripts, summaries, and workflow automation. Fluent English is essential for daily collaboration with an international team.

Formación

• Experience as a Scrum Master ready to operate independently.
• Proven experience with Scrum and Kanban in multi-workstream environments.
• Experience managing roadmaps and delivery plans with high visibility to stakeholders.
• Fluent English; Spanish required for stakeholder engagement with the Mexico client.
• Experience in international contracts and high-performance agile teams.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and structure Sprints including planning, reviews, retrospectives, and daily standups with CI&T teams and the client.
• Manage and communicate roadmap progress across multiple delivery threads using Smartsheet.
• Participate in client status meetings and report progress clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Bridge business, technical, and process perspectives to align with client goals.
• Adapt quickly to a fluid environment with frequent prioritization shifts.
• Leverage AI tools for transcripts, summaries, root-cause analysis, and workflow automation; propose new AI-driven workflows.
