The role requires Spanish for stakeholder engagement with the Mexico-based client and fluent English for internal collaboration; you will also leverage AI tools to automate processes and improve delivery.
You will operate in an agile, AI-first environment, shaping roadmaps and ensuring priorities stay clear as work streams evolve.
Formación
- Experience as a Scrum Master ready from day one, with minimal coaching.
- Proven ability to lead multiple streams in complex environments.
- Fluent Spanish for Mexico-based stakeholder engagement; strong English for internal collaboration.
Responsabilidades
- Lead and structure Sprints, including planning, reviews, retrospectives, and daily standups.
- Manage and communicate roadmap progress across delivery threads.
- Report progress to technical and non-technical stakeholders in a clear, structured way.
- Bridge business, technical, and process perspectives to align with client goals.
- Adapt quickly to a fluid environment with frequent prioritization shifts.
- Support team members' development and continuous improvement.
- Leverage AI tools for transcripts, agile summaries, root-cause analysis, and workflow automation.
