Hilton is seeking a COCINERO II for our Hotels team. You will prepare high-quality dishes according to recipes, manage guest orders efficiently, and apply advanced cooking techniques across stations. You will ensure plates meet quality standards and maintain a clean, sanitary work environment.

You will also handle multiple tickets, assist with training, and may take on minor supervisory duties while complying with health, safety, sanitation and alcohol regulations to ensure guest wellbeing.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare high-quality dishes according to designated recipes and quality standards
• Manage guest orders efficiently while ensuring a positive dining experience
• Maintain a strong knowledge of advanced cooking techniques (sauces, roasting, grilling, plating) and be able to work a station independently
• Inspect all preparations and dishes ahead of serving to ensure quality and presentation
• Keep workstations clean, stocked and sanitary, following proper food handling and safety protocols
• Manage multiple tickets/orders and assist with training, stepping in for minor supervisory duties as needed
• Comply with health, safety, sanitation and alcohol awareness regulations to ensure guest and team member well-being
