IQVIA is seeking a Consultant within the PCS team for home-based work in Latin America. The role administers psychiatric assessments (PANSS) in clinical trials, evaluates assessment quality, and provides guidance to raters while coordinating documentation and training activities.

The ideal candidate holds a Master’s degree in a relevant field, has at least 3 years of experience with schizophrenia and major depressive disorder, and demonstrates advanced English proficiency.

Formación

• Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Psychiatric, Nursing or Social Work, or equivalent.
• At least 3 years clinical experience with schizophrenia and major depressive disorder.
• Experience administering PANSS to these populations.
• Clinical Trials experience preferred.
• Advanced level of English.

Responsabilidades

• Administer psychiatric assessments to participants in clinical trials.
• Evaluate the quality of assessments and provide feedback on interview technique and scoring.
• Review scales administered by raters to ensure standardized data collection.
• Prepare case data and discuss relevant issues with raters.
• Complete scheduled rater interactions and document all tasks.
• Submit documentation promptly and participate in orientation and calibration activities.
• Assist in rater performance assessments and communications.
• Contact participants remotely to administer assessments and document outcomes.
