Your Responsibilities:

• Precision CNC Operation:Set up and operate CNC milling and lathe machines to produce precision parts according to complex blueprints and specifications.
• Program Optimization:Interpret and refine G-code and M-code programming, and utilize Mastercam to generate and modify CNC programs.
• Quality Assurance:Perform meticulous quality checks using precision measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, indicators), ensuring adherence to strict tolerances.
• Machine Maintenance:Conduct routine machine maintenance, ensuring optimal performance.
• Blueprint Interpretation:Accurately read and interpret complex blueprints and engineering drawings.
