triverustrijet is seeking an experienced CNC Machinist to set up, operate, and maintain advanced milling and lathe machines. You will interpret blueprints, refine programs in Mastercam, and ensure parts meet tight tolerances using precision instruments.

The role demands a strong background in G-code/M-code, plus a decade of hands-on CNC experience and a solid education. Candidates must perform in a collaborative, safety-conscious environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of hands-on CNC Machinist experience in manufacturing.
• Proficiency operating CNC milling and lathe machines with precision.
• Strong knowledge of G-code and M-code programming.
• Expertise using precision measuring tools and Mastercam software.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC milling and lathe machines to produce precision parts per blueprints.
• Interpret complex drawings and optimize G-code/M-code programs in Mastercam.
• Perform quality checks with calipers, micrometers, indicators to ensure tolerances.
• Maintain and troubleshoot machines; document production records and improvements.
