TP in Bogotá is seeking an Cloud & Technology Sales Associate to help grow our B2B pipeline and close opportunities in cloud and IT solutions. This associate-level role targets professionals building a career in cloud and technology sales, with a focus on commercial development and customer engagement.

The position emphasizes hands-on selling, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and ongoing training.

Qualifications

3+ years in cloud, SaaS, software or tech sales.
Experience in IaaS, PaaS, SaaS or cloud/IT solutions.
Experience in B2B, inside sales, consultative sales, business development or technology sales.
Experience with prospecting, lead qualification and customer engagement.
Intermediate or advanced understanding of Cloud technologies.
Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
Commercial mindset with motivation to achieve measurable results.

Responsibilities

Identify and prospect new B2B opportunities.
Qualify potential customers and understand their business and technology needs.
Engage with business decision-makers and develop professional customer relationships.
Present and position relevant Cloud and technology solutions.
Explain the business value of technology solutions according to customer needs.
Manage opportunities throughout the sales process.
Follow up with prospects and maintain an active sales pipeline.
Work with CRM and other sales tools to document and manage opportunities.
Achieve individual and team sales and performance objectives.
