WPP Media is seeking a Business Operations Specialist - Cloud to drive cloud financial management, cost analysis, and optimisation across the Media cluster in partnership with Finance and Technology teams. The role emphasizes FinOps delivery and cross-functional collaboration in a global context.

The candidate will support budgeting, forecasting, and reporting of cloud spend, ensuring governance and continuous improvement while working from Colombia in a remote/hybrid setup.

Formación

• 4+ years of experience in Finance, FP&A, or Tech Finance as a Financial Analyst with strong cost analysis, modeling, and variance explanation.
• Bachelor's degree is a must.
• Advanced English level (written & speaking).
• Advanced Excel proficiency (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, complex data analysis); exposure to Copilot or AI tools is a plus.
• Understanding of Cloud costs & FinOps concepts (or strong learning mindset) to analyze consumption-based spend.
• Experience in large, complex matrix organizations or global tech/services companies, collaborating across international regions.
• Self-driven and proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and bring structure to financial data.

Responsabilidades

• Support FinOps delivery and media cluster partnership with central FinOps team.
• Analyze Media cloud spend to identify cost drivers, trends and variances.
• Collaborate to identify and validate cloud cost optimisation opportunities.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and actuals variance tracking for Media cloud spend.
• Produce Finance-quality reporting and showback information for Media stakeholders.
