ScotiaTech Bogota is seeking a Cloud Economics Specialist to join the Cloud FinOps team. You will analyze cloud costs, forecast variances, and provide financial oversight of cloud budgets to stakeholders across the Bank.

Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in IT, finance, or related field, strong Excel skills (macros, pivots), knowledge of Azure/GCP/AWS, and excellent English. This role emphasizes analytical thinking and cross-functional collaboration.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, finance, business or a related field or equivalent work experience.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Advanced Excel skills (macros, pivot tables) and financial modeling.
• Basic understanding of cloud platforms (Azure, GCP or AWS).
• Fluent English and ability to present complex data clearly.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze monthly cloud spend against forecasts and explain variances.
• Provide financial oversight of cloud operating budgets and cost recovery.
• Prepare financial reports and insightful dashboards for leadership.
• Support budgeting and strategic planning cycles with cloud cost insights.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to optimize cloud investments.
