NiCE is seeking a talented Cloud DevOps & Applications Operations Engineer to deliver the latest in Application Operations (SaaS) using AWS. The role spans front-end interfaces to databases, networking, and cloud deployment, requiring strong DevOps across the stack to build and operate scalable solutions in the NiCE Cloud.

• Proven experience building full-stack web applications and cloud-native services.
• Strong knowledge of AWS services and best practices for cloud architecture and management.
• Experience with Terraform for infrastructure as code.
• Experience with Kubernetes for container orchestration using Helm.
• Experience deploying and configuring applications with Ansible.
• Hands-on experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, Oracle) and AWS RDS/Aurora.
• Linux/Unix system administration knowledge; Windows familiarity is a plus.
• Experience providing 24x7 production SaaS support and on-call rotations.
