Linqia is seeking an Software and Infrastructure DevOps Engineer to own the cloud‑native platform on AWS. You will combine Kubernetes expertise with Python and shell scripting to automate, monitor, and improve the Linqia platform while driving FinOps to keep cloud spend efficient.

You will implement Terraform modules, CI/CD pipelines, and secure networking, ensuring scalable, reliable production systems across LATAM. Join a team delivering high‑impact influencer marketing tech.

Formación

• Bachelor degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
• 3+ years working with cloud infrastructure or platform engineering focused on AWS
• Deep hands-on experience with Kubernetes, preferably EKS
• Python and Bash or Zsh scripting
• Strong understanding of core AWS services EC2, VPC, IAM, ALB, S3, RDS, CloudFormation, CloudWatch
• FinOps principles: cost monitoring, forecasting, and optimisation on AWS
• Docker and Podman experience
• Ansible or Puppet and Terraform experience
• Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana experience
• Git-based workflows and PR reviews
• Strong SQL and relational DB internals
• Linux administration and networking knowledge
• Clear communication and Agile/Kanban familiarity

Responsabilidades

• Design, maintain, and evolve AWS account structure, VPC networking, IAM policies, security boundaries, and cost controls using Terraform and the AWS console
• Maintain secure networking layers with AWS load balancers, ingress controllers, service mesh policies, and zero-trust
• Operate and harden production Kubernetes clusters on AWS EKS, including upgrades and multi-cluster architectures
• Build reusable infrastructure-as-code modules with Terraform for rapid provisioning
• Create self-service CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins and GitHub Actions for fast, safe releases
• Deliver real-time observability with Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch, and OpenTelemetry
• Administer Linux VMs with configuration management tools (Puppet, Ansible, or Chef)
• Deploy, scale, and maintain databases on AWS (Aurora, PostgreSQL, MySQL, OpenSearch)
• Support developers by maintaining Podman-based local dev boxes and staging envs
• Implement FinOps: track AWS spend, cost tagging, savings plans, and dashboards
• Write automation tools in Python and shell scripts to glue components
• Champion reliability via incident reviews, capacity planning, and game days
• Collaborate in Agile rituals and pair with peers to spread DevOps/FinOps best practices
