NiCE is seeking a Cloud DevOps & Applications Operations Engineer to design and operate end-to-end IaC in AWS across the stack, from front-end interfaces to databases and networks. You will implement scalable APIs, automate deployments, and work with development, product support, and operations teams to deliver secure, reliable software in the NiCE Cloud.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years total experience, 3+ years in DevOps/IaC, and hands-on AWS, Terraform, Kubernetes, and Ansible expertise.

Formación

• 5+ years total professional experience in DevOps or cloud engineering.
• 3+ years hands-on DevOps and IaC experience.
• Experience designing scalable APIs and data models.
• Strong knowledge of AWS services and security best practices.
• Experience automating infrastructure and deployments.

Responsabilidades

• Design scalable APIs and data models.
• Automate infrastructure and deployments.
• Collaborate with development, product support, and operations teams.
• Deliver secure, reliable, high-performing software in the NiCE Cloud.
• Design and manage application infrastructure with AWS.
• Leverage AWS services to ensure high availability, security, and performance.
• Implement IaC with Terraform and containerized workloads with Kubernetes and Helm.
• Design, deploy, and optimize relational databases (PostgreSQL, Oracle, MySQL, Aurora) including AWS RDS.
• Write python/powerShell/perl scripts to automate tasks.
• Use Ansible for configuration management and orchestration.
• Monitor and troubleshoot using CloudWatch and other tools.
• Ensure security compliance and network security awareness.
• Collaborate across teams to ensure smooth deployments.
