NiCE in Colombia seeks a Cloud DevOps & Applications Operations Engineer to deliver the latest in Application Operations (SaaS) on AWS. The role covers full stack responsibilities from front-end interfaces to back-end services, databases, networking, and cloud deployment.

You will design scalable APIs, automate infrastructure with IaC using Terraform, and collaborate with development, product support, and operations to deliver secure, reliable software in the NiCE Cloud.

Formación

• Proven experience delivering SaaS applications on AWS with IaC.
• Strong knowledge of container orchestration (Kubernetes) and Helm.
• Hands-on scripting in Python and OS automation on Linux/Unix.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Terraform, and Ansible automation.

Responsabilidades

• Design scalable APIs and data models for cloud applications.
• Automate infrastructure and deployments using IaC across AWS.
• Operate and monitor SaaS infrastructure with CloudWatch and logs.
• Collaborate with development, product support, and operations teams.
• Ensure security, reliability, and high availability of services.
