• Customer-focused mindset with ability to empathize with clients and resolve issues efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-value customer service to Visa clients and staff to exceed expectations.
• Collaborate with Clients to identify efficiencies and actions, maintaining clear communication through completion.
