Blueberry is seeking a detail-oriented Client Onboarding Specialist to join our Bogotá office. You’ll manage KYC, due diligence, and account setup while partnering with Sales to provide a smooth onboarding experience for every client.

Fluency in English, a finance/business-related degree, and experience in onboarding or customer service are preferred. You will ensure compliance and contribute to ongoing process improvements in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Fluency in English.
• Tertiary qualification in Finance, Business, or related field preferred.
• Experience in client onboarding, account management, or customer service.
• High attention to detail and ability to maintain quality under pressure.
• Strong time management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of customer identification regulations and requirements.
• Experience with CRM tools like HubSpot.
• Collaborative, proactive, and passionate about service excellence.

Responsabilidades

• Manage end-to-end client onboarding, including KYC and due diligence.
• Partner with Sales to collect documentation and resolve issues.
• Ensure new accounts meet compliance standards before going live.
• Identify and elevate suspicious or irregular findings.
• Drive continuous improvements in processes and workflows.
• Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs.
• Carry out additional projects or duties as needed.

We’re looking for a detail-oriented Client Onboarding Specialist to join our Bogotá office. You’ll manage KYC, due diligence, and account setup while partnering with Sales to provide a smooth onboarding experience for every client.

How You’ll Make An Impact

• Manage the end-to-end client onboarding process.
• Conduct KYC, AML, and sanctions checks under multiple regulatory frameworks.
• Ensure all new accounts meet compliance standards before going live.
• Work closely with Sales to collect required documentation and resolve issues.
• Identify, record, and elevate suspicious or irregular findings.
• Drive continuous operational improvements in processes and workflows.
• Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs.
• Carry out additional projects or duties as needed.

Skills and Experience
