Marsh seeks a qualified accounting professional to manage a portfolio of complex clients, preparing financial statements and supporting regulatory filings. You will build strong client relationships, reconcile accounts, and coordinate audits in a hybrid Bogotá role.

The position requires a CPA designation, 3–5 years of relevant experience, and fluent English with Spanish. Strong organizational skills and proficiency in MS Office are essential.

Formación

• CPA designation required.
• 3–5 years of experience in financial statements, working papers, and GL.
• Fluent in English and local language; CVs in English preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
• Ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare financial statements accurately and timely.
• Maintain relationships with a portfolio of clients as primary contact.
• Reconcile cash and investment accounts; prepare deposits and disbursements.
• Organize and complete annual audits; prepare regulatory filings and GAAP statements.
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory reporting requirements.
• Maintain client files per regulations and best practices.
• Prepare board and committee meeting materials and support client meetings.
• Comply with Marsh internal controls and client-specific controls.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
