Job summary

Ninja Tropic eLearning is seeking a full-time eLearning Experience Designer to lead content creation and client conversations, leveraging Articulate Storyline and Rise. This client-facing role requires strong instructional design and production oversight.

You will manage timelines, coordinate production teams, write scripts and storyboards, and ensure outcomes aligned with objectives. Fluency in English and 40 hours/week availability are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of instructional design and eLearning development experience.
• Proven expertise with Articulate 360 (Storyline & Rise).
• Native or bilingual-level English fluency (required).
• Strong writing and storytelling skills.
• Experience in client-facing roles.
• Ability to track and manage multiple deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Design interactive eLearning modules using Articulate Storyline and Rise following modern learning best practices.
• Write clear, compelling scripts, storyboards, assessments, and scenario-based learning experiences.
• Align learning objectives with measurable outcomes and performance goals.
• Apply instructional design frameworks (ADDIE, Bloom’s Taxonomy, scenario-based learning, microlearning principles).
• Serve as the main point of contact for assigned projects.
• Lead client meetings in English with professionalism and clarity.
• Present concepts, prototypes, and revisions confidently.
• Manage expectations and guide feedback cycles.
• Track instructional design tasks and deliverables across project phases.
• Use tools like Trello, Notion, or similar platforms to monitor timelines and ownership.
• Coordinate video editors, animators, designers, and developers to ensure production aligns with instructional intent.
• Review internal deliverables before client presentation.Ensure revisions are implemented accurately and efficiently.
• Monitor learner feedback and performance metrics.
• Improve content clarity, engagement, and instructional effectiveness.
• Contribute to internal documentation, templates, and workflow refinement.
