Qualifications

• 3+ years leading projects and supporting client deliverables in a digital marketing agency
• Strong proficiency with Asana as a work management platform
• PM certifications such as CAPM, CSM, PMP, PRINCE2, PMI-ACP preferred
• Bachelor's degree required
• Knowledge of digital marketing topics (SEO, SEM, Content Marketing, Display, Social, Analytics)
• Thrives in fast-paced environments and embraces change
• Professional approach with conflict management and negotiation skills
• Able to lead teams across multiple projects under pressure

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple concurrent accounts, service lines, and cross-functional team members via Asana and other channels
• Create and execute deliverable plans and adapt to changing needs
• Oversee scope, risk, schedule, quality, and stakeholder communication
• Support account calls with recaps, action items, and task assignments
• Evaluate new work requests, allocate resources, and schedule actions
• Provide regular progress updates to internal teams and clients
• Identify process improvements and mitigate issues
