Ranch Creek Elementary School is seeking a dedicated instructional assistant to support the principal and classroom teachers in implementing a positive learning environment and assisting with academic assignments and classroom management.

Under supervision of a teacher, you will prepare materials, assist students in activities, manage records, and help maintain inventory and supplies while promoting student engagement and effective lesson delivery.

Formación

• Ability to adapt to changing technologies and learn new software.

• Ability to collaborate with teachers, staff, students, and parents.

Responsabilidades

• Reports consistently for work as scheduled
• Assists in preparation, production, and maintenance of materials and equipment as assigned
• Assists individual students in performing activities instructed by a teacher
• Maintains records necessary for effective operation of program
• Monitors behavior contracts and reward systems for students
• Tutors students in various subject areas
• Under supervision of a teacher, works with small groups of students to reinforce material
• Works with students in one-to-one/group situations
