Ranch Creek Elementary School seeks a licensed educator to design and deliver engaging learning experiences for students, utilizing evidence-based instructional practices and technology to support academic, civic, social, and emotional success.

The teacher will assess progress, collaborate with families, plan standards-aligned lessons, and create a safe, inclusive classroom environment that emphasizes literacy and mathematics as core strengths, while adapting to diverse student needs.

Formación

• Licensed teacher with a valid credential.
• Expert in literacy and mathematics instruction.
• Experience using evidence-based instructional practices and assessment.

Responsabilidades

• Plans and delivers effective instruction and creates an environment that facilitates learning for their students.
• Assess the progress of students on a regular basis and provides reports as required.
• Uses formal and informal methods to assess student learning, provide feedback, and to use results to inform planning and instruction.
• Plans and supervises purposeful assignments for educational support staff and volunteers.
