Command|Link is seeking a Circuit Delivery Coordinator for the Service Delivery team. You will manage third-party resources and ensure timely delivery of customer orders for internet, voice, and SDWAN, coordinating with project managers, vendors, and customers to uphold quality standards.

Responsibilities include processing carrier orders, prioritizing workload, and driving escalations when needed, while maintaining effective communication across teams.

Formación

• 1+ years of experience within the telecommunications industry.
• Internet circuit ordering with carriers preferred.
• VOIP experience strongly recommended.
• Ability to document dependencies and priorities clearly.
• Experience managing escalations independently.
• Adaptability to dynamic environments.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Project management and organizational skills.

Responsabilidades

• Support assigned project managers and the PM team in provisioning new orders for internet, voice, and SDWAN services.
• Process carrier orders including new services, upgrades, moves, changes, and disconnects.
• Order Voice Services including phones and porting numbers.
• Request and manage dispatches.
• Manage third-party resources to ensure timely delivery meeting quality standards.
• Communicate regularly with project managers with updates through delivery cycles.
• Prioritize and manage daily workload effectively.
• Drive escalations to achieve results and liaise for customer or carrier orders.
• Ensure timely communication with customers, vendors, sales teams, and peers.
• Status large project installations and report order status accurately.
• Take on additional responsibilities to support team success.

About Your New Role

As a Circuit Delivery Coordinator within our Service Delivery team, you will be responsible for managing third-party resources, ensuring timely delivery of customer orders with specified quality standards. This role involves communicating regularly with project managers, reviewing sales orders, prioritizing workload, driving escalations when necessary, and maintaining effective communication with customers, vendors, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Support assigned project managers and the PM team in the provisioning of new orders to business customers for internet, voice, and SDWAN services.
• Process carrier orders, including but not limited to, new services, upgrades, moves, changes, and disconnects.
• Ordering Voice Services including Phones & Porting Numbers
• Request & Manage Dispatches
• Manage third-party resources, both internal and contracted, to ensure timely delivery of customer orders meeting specified quality standards.
• Communicate regularly with project managers, providing updates throughout the delivery cycle.
• Prioritize and manage daily workload effectively.
• Drive escalations as necessary to achieve results and act as a liaison for customer or carrier orders.
• Ensure timely and effective communication with customers, vendors, sales teams, and peer organizations.
• Status large project installations, communicating order status accurately.
• Takes on additional responsibilities and projects as needed to support the success of the team and organization.

What You'll Need For Success

• 1+ Years of experience within the telecommunications industry.
• Internet Circuit ordering with Carriers preferred
• VOIP experience strongly recommended.
• Ability to document dependencies and priorities clearly.
• Experience managing escalations independently.
• Adaptability to dynamic environments.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
